4 x 6m sheet web reinforced tarpaulin developed by an international research project and designed for long-term outdoor use in all climates.
Fabric of black high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fibers coated on both sides with low-density polyethylene (LDPE) coating.

Materials

UV resistance: After 1500 hours UV under ASTM G53/94 (UVB 313 nm peak) minimum 80% of the original value of the actual product and not less than 475N
Reinforcement: Min 700N bands according to ISO 1421-1, pulled longitudinally in a pre-punched 8 mm hole with an 8 mm diameter wire hook, 200 mm from the end of the band. UV resistance 80% of the original value and not less than 665N
Weld: Only one is allowed, longitudinally. Tensile strength of the canvas transversely at the welding location according to ISO 1421-1 minimum 50% of the original value and not less than 400N
